How do I add recurring time off, such as a Public Holiday?

To make sure clients, or Team Members making bookings, don't see Team Members or Resources Time-off can be added to mark them as unavailable.

Schedules are location-specific. So, if you have more than one Location, you'll need to set up availability for each one separately.

For an entire team at a location taking time off, go to Availability settings, select the location and click on +Time off (see below)

In the example below, Freedom Day is on the 27th April 2022, All day. It repeats every 1 year and all resources are included in this time off schedule. You will need to repeat this for every location and public holiday.
