By default, Bookem has three standard automated reminders
Appointment confirmation (sent immediately after the appointment is confirmed)
Reminder 1 (sent the day before an appointment)
Reminder 2 (sent 2 hours before the appointment)
These are sent via SMS and email and you can change these to suit your requirements including: limit the time of day they are sent, how long before the appointment they are sent and what the message says.
In order to edit, add or remove these reminders, go to "settings - automated reminders"
