Bookem lets you download client notes as a PDF straight from the Notes tab
Here's how:
Go to Clients and select the profile or access it directly from their appointment on your Calendar.
Click on Notes and select the note you would like to download.
Click on the Download .pdf button. The notes will download to your computer as a .pdf file.
Here are some additional tips for downloading patient notes:
Make sure you have enough storage space on your computer to download the .pdf file.
If you are using a public computer, make sure you log out of Bookem after you have downloaded the client notes.
Important: Once you have downloaded the patient notes, the original remains secure, but you are responsible for the safe storage of files to comply with the POPI Act.
