Bookem lets you download client notes as a PDF straight from the Documents tab.
Go to Clients and select the profile or access it directly from their appointment on your Calendar
Click on Documents and select the note you would like to download
Click on the arrow in the top right of the screen and select Download
The notes will download to your computer as a .pdf file.
Make sure you have enough storage space on your computer to download the .pdf file
If you are using a public computer, make sure you log out of Bookem after you have downloaded the client notes
Important: Once you have downloaded the patient notes, the original remains secure, but you are responsible for the safe storage of files to comply with the POPI Act.
