Bookem makes it easy to manage bookings as things change. You can quickly reschedule, make edits or cancel a booking right from your calendar.
To make changes to an existing booking:
Go to your Calendar
Find and select the booking you'd like to change
You can either:
- Drag and drop the booking to a new time
- Click on the booking to manually adjust the time and date
When you click the booking, the details panel will open
Change the date, start time, team member or service as needed
Before saving your changes:
If you want to notify the client, simply click Save
If you don’t want to send a notification:
- Click the arrow next to the Save button
- Choose Save without notifications
This is useful when you're making minor admin adjustments or correcting a time that hasn’t been confirmed with the client yet
If a session needs to be cancelled:
Click on the booking in your Calendar
Select Cancel
Untick Send notification if you don’t want to alert the client
Confirm the cancellation
