Sendable forms can be sent to any client once their booking is confirmed.
This automated feature helps you save time and continuously collect important information from new clients.
1. In the side menu, go to Settings > Automated messages
2. Click 'New reminder' or edit an existing reminder
3. Now, select the service type and location the booking applies to, and the team member or resource who will take the appointment
5. Under occurrences of bookings, select 'any booking'
6. Customise the preset message text to suit the context for the form being sent
7. To link the form in the automated message, type a '#' to search and select the form you want to link
