How clients can add their booking to an external calendar

After making a booking, your clients can easily add it to their personal calendar using the Add to calendar option in the online booking view. This helps them keep track of their appointments more easily.

How it works

  • Your client receives a booking confirmation or reminder via SMS or email

  • When they click the link in the message, they’re taken to the online booking summary page

  • On this page, they'll see an Add to your calendar button

Choosing a calendar

  • Clicking the button opens a drop-down list with popular calendar options like Google Calendar or Outlook

  • Your client selects the calendar they want to use

Final steps

  • A pop-up from the selected calendar will appear

  • The client confirms adding the booking to their calendar

  • The event is saved and synced to their external calendar

That’s it - their booking is now added.
