Manage multiple businesses using a single login

Some users work with more than one business on Bookem. They can easily switch between businesses without needing separate logins, as long as they use the same email address,

Set up access for a team member

To give someone access to your business when they already have a Bookem login for another business

  • Invite them to join your business by adding them as a new team member

  • Go to Settings > Team members and click '+ New team member' in the top right

  • Make sure to use the same email address as their current Bookem login

  • Fill in their details and send the invitation

  • Choose their access level as either Admin or Standard access

Once they have accepted the invite, the team member will be able to switch between businesses they’re associated with using the same login credentials.
