Manage multiple businesses using a single login

Some users may be part of more than one business using Bookem. These users can access multiple accounts using a single login, as long as their email and password remain the same across businesses.

Set up shared access for a team member

To allow someone to access your business in addition to others they’re already part of:

  • Make sure they use the same email and password for all their businesses

  • Invite them to join your business using that same email

  • Choose their access level as either Admin or Standard access

How to invite a new team member

  • Go to Settings > Team members

  • Select + New team member in the top right

  • Fill in their details and send the invitation

Once they have accepted the invite, the team member will be able to switch between businesses they’re associated with using the same login credentials.
