It's important that each team member has their own login credentials in Bookem.
Having separate login credentials for each team member ensures data security and helps keep your practice POPI compliant. It also allows Bookem track activity by user, including appointment confirmations, client messages and capturing of client notes.
We strongly advise against sharing your login username and password with anybody on your team.
Follow these steps:
Click on the profile icon on the top right of the page (the circle with the person)
Click 'Your profile' and
Scroll down to 'Change password'
We do not store your password in plaintext for security reasons, so we cannot access it. If saved in your browser, retrieve it from your password manager. Chrome users can follow these instructions:https://www.avast.com/c-view-saved-passwords-chrome
