Integrate Yoco Online with Bookem for fast, secure client payments.
Each Bookem invoice has a unique Yoco Online payment link, automatically marking it as paid when a client completes payment—eliminating manual reconciliation and saving time.
Before connecting Yoco Online to Bookem, you need to register for a Yoco Online account. Once registered, Yoco will provide you with an Integration Key. This key is case-sensitive, so keep it close for the setup steps below.
Follow these steps to add Yoco Online as a payment method in your Bookem account:
1. Go to Settings > Payments & invoicing > Payment methods
2. Select '+ New payment method'
3. Choose 'Yoco Online' from the list of payment methods
4. Choose the locations where Yoco Online will be available:
Leave 'Available at all locations' ticked to apply it everywhere
Or deselect it and choose specific locations
5. Toggle Use for online bookings on if you want clients to pay with Yoco Online when booking online
6. Toggle 'Display on invoice' to ON:
Each invoice gets its own unique payment link
Once paid, the invoice is automatically marked as paid in Bookem
No manual work is needed to match payments to invoices
