Go to Settings - Payments & Invoicing - Payment methods and select +Add payment method
Select Snapscan as your payment method and then either leave it as "Available at all locations" or deselect this default and add the relevant locations. What this means is that all or some of your locations/ offices/ practices will accept Snapscan.

Toggle display on invoice to "on" to allow clients to pay their invoice via Snapscan. The benefit of doing this is that - when they click on this method on their invoice (when viewing digitally) or when scanning the QR code - their invoices get marked as paid automatically. In other words, no manual reconciliation is required by the practice.
