Bookem lets you customise online booking forms to match your practice and services. While the default form collects basic client details, you can create customised forms by adding specific client fields such as 'partner's name' for couples consultations or 'address' for home visits, enhancing service-specific bookings.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Services and go to the 'Booking Forms' tab
2. Click the '+ New form' button
3. Give your form a name and click 'Create'
4. Add your questions by clicking '+Add' to use form fields
Note: Keep booking forms concise and use sendable forms for more detailed information
5. Now, click 'Save'
6. Next, associate the form with the relevant service
Go to Settings > Services and select the service
6. In the 'Booking Form' field, choose the appropriate form
That's it. This service-specific form will collect basic information when a client makes an online booking with you.
