Bookem allows you to customise online service forms to fit your business and services.
The default form collects basic client details, but you can make it your own by adding specific fields, such as a 'partner's name' for a couples consultation or 'address' for a home visit. This is where service-specific forms are useful.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Services and go to the 'Forms' tab
2. Click the '+ New form' button
3. Give your form a name and select 'Create'
4. Add your questions by clicking '+Add' to use form fields
Note: Keep booking forms concise, using sendable forms for more detailed information
5. Click 'Save'
6. Now, it's essential to link the form to the relevant service
Go to Settings > Services and select the service to link the form to
6. In the 'Booking Form' field, choose the appropriate form
That's it. This is service-specific form will be used when a client makes an online booking with you to collect basic information.
