How can I see what messages have been sent to clients?

Bookem supports two way communication between you and your clients.

Every message (email and SMS) is tracked and logged for your records.

There are two ways to access client messages

Option 1

  • Go to the client's profile via Clients or via your Calendar

  • Navigate to the 'Messages' tab on the client's profile to access a log of the two-way communications between you and your client

Option 2

  • Go to Messages

  • Select sent or received from the top line

  • You can now navigate to the client for whom you'd like to check messages for

  • Click on their name to view the log of your two-way conversation between you and your client

NB: Messages are tracked against a user login thus it's important for each team member to have their own login.
