Note Forms are a Bookem Premium feature.
To add a form to a client note, go to the client's profile in Clients, or from the appointment in your calendar:
select Notes, for e.g., straight from the booking on the calendar
Create or Edit an existing Note
click on the "Insert form" icon and select the relevant form, then choose a form you have already created in "forms - notes". See below:
If you're using a tablet, any images, such as body charts, can be drawn on directly on the Note Forms each time one is inserted. 😎
