Bookem's Documents feature allows you to take or upload photos directly into your patient notes and documents.
Adding images to documents helps both team members and patients by providing visual context that enhances understanding and recall. It supports progress tracking, captures key details, and improves assessment and diagnosis accuracy.
Follow these steps:
Go to your Calendar
Open the relevant booking
Click Documents > + New document
Choose to start with a blank document or select one of your existing templates
Tip: Starting a document from a calendar booking automatically pulls in booking details, saving you time.
