Bookem allows you to send your documents and other related files as attachments, easily sharing all relevant client information, such as test results, reports, or images, along with your main document to clients or other recipients.
1. Go to your Calendar and access the relevant client’s profile via their booking
2. Open an existing document or create a new one
3. Once your document is ready, click ‘Save & send’ to finalise and open the sharing options
Alternatively, click the arrow icon in the top right corner of the screen to access the sending options
4. Bookem automatically attaches your document as a PDF and lists any related files attached to the current client document under ‘Additional files detected’
5. Click the dropdown next to ‘Additional files detected’ and tick the files you want to include - Only the files you select will be attached to the email
6.Click ’Send’
Note: If the recipient does not have a Bookem profile, the message is stored under the 'Messages' page under the main menu
