You can undelete the team member without giving them access to Bookem again.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Team members
2. In the top right, click on the three dotted kebab
3. Toggle on 'Show deleted'
4. Find the deleted team member and open their profile
5. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Undelete', and when prompted, confirm undeleting the team member
6. The undeleted team member can’t access their profile until they are invited again
In this example, Jack has been undeleted, but can't log into Bookem until he is re-invited by clicking 'Invite' in this team member profile:
7. To set up this team member to take bookings, ensure that they are associated with the correct locations and services again
8. To view previous bookings on their calendar, you must restore any deleted locations and services associated with that team member as well
A team member's booking history remains stored on Bookem and client profiles even after they are deleted
Deleting a team member will hide them from your view and prevent them accessing Bookem and revoke their login
Revoking login will block them from accessing their Bookem profile but does not disable bookings, as team members can be booked without having access to Bookem
