How to sync Bookem with your Google or Outlook calendar

This article explains how to get your Bookem calendar to appear on your Google or Outlook calendars. Remember that your calendar on Google and outlook depends entirely on how often these platforms decide to check on your behalf, so don't expect your calendar to synchronise instantly, or even hours afterwards.

First, you'll need to get your Bookem calendar URL. You can find this by going to Settings | Team Members and selecting a Team Member, for e.g., yourself. The URL is at the bottom of the page. See the screenshot below:

Now we'll deal with how to set up your Google Calendar, then your Outlook calendar.

Subscribe to a calendar

Note: When you subscribe to a calendar, your calendar will automatically refresh if the other calendar is updated. This can sometimes take more than 24 hours.

  1. Sign in to, or {yourcompany}
  2. At the bottom of the page, select   .
  3. In the navigation pane, select Add calendar.
  4. Select Subscribe from web.

  1. Enter the URL for the calendar.
  2. Select Import.

What to do if you don't see Add calendar

If you've collapsed the navigation pane next to the calendar, you'll have to expand it to reach the Add calendar feature.
