How to set up and show pricing online in Bookem

Bookem allows you to set up various pricing for your business, including services, stock and consumables.

Here's how

Step 1: Set up line items

First, check and edit your line items by going to Settings > Payments and Invoicing > Line items
Click 'Add line item' if you need to add any new ones
Enter the appropriate code, description, type and price (you can exclude codes, if not applicable)
Click 'Save'

Step 2: Create a service, or open and edit an existing service

Go to Settings > Services
Click '+ New Service' to add a service

Once your service is set up, click 'Save'

Step 3: Link line items to services - this allows auto populating of invoices

Go to Settings > Services and open the service you want to link
Scroll down to 'Pricing and duration'
To pull pre-saved line items, select 'itemised price'
Click 'Save'

How to show service pricing online

By default, Bookem hides service pricing for online bookings, but you can easily change this.

Follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Services and open the service you want to link
Scroll down to the 'Online bookings'
Use the toggle to show pricing online
Click 'Save'
