You can use Bookem's Documents feature to easily create and send scripts (non-AES) for prescription medication and over-the-counter(OTC) medication or supplements.
Simply set up a script document template, or use one provided by Bookem and use it to create and send scripts.

Follow these steps:
1. In the menu panel, go to Documents > Templates
2. In the top right corner, click '+New Template'
3. You can create a new template from a blank page or select one from the library
4. For example, you can navigate to 'General Practitioner' to select the 'Prescription' document template or 'Dietitian or Nutritionist' to select the 'OTC script' document template
5. If you've chosen a template from the library, be sure that all the variables are correctly linked, as not all businesses have the same variables. It will show up as red if it isn't correct.
6. To correct any unlinked variables, delete the broken one, and insert the correct one by typing a hashtag (#) and the correct name of the variable on your business. This will ensure the correct data will be auto-populated when you use this document template.
7. Now, you can further customise your template by making use various features like columns, headers, tables, diagrams, images and signatures.
8. Click 'Create and close' to save your template
9. You can now use the template to create documents with ease from client profiles or Documents
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Documents and click '+New Document'
2. Search and select the client you want to write a script for
3. Select the 'Prescription' document template
4. Fill in the script and remember to sign before you save
5. Now, click the arrow on the top right and select 'Send'
6. Type in the email address you'd like to send the script to and click 'Send'
7. Your client will receive a link that allows them to open and download the PDF version of the script you sent them.
