Bookem allows for complex availability and bookings which means you can take bookings for multiple team members, with various resources at different locations.
1. Under Settings > Team members / Resources, make sure the 'Associated locations' are correct for each team member
2. Now, go to Settings > Services, and ensure each service is associated with the correct location and team member
3. If any other resource, like a room or a chair, is required for the service, ensure this is also added to the service
4. Lastly, in the calendar, each team member must set up their availability for services at each location by selecting the location and clicking 'Availability' in the menu bar.
