Allowing clients to book online

You can share your Public Booking page details with clients, enabling them to book appointments online, in a number of ways:

  • Share your Public Booking Page URL

  • QR code

  • Embedding your page into your website (this means clients book straight from your website)

Note: Online bookings will only be possible if you have availability set up and your General Preferences are set to allow it. You can also limit the Services that are available for Public bookings from Settings - Services

Public Booking Page URL

Find your Public URL

Go to Settings | Sharing & integrations.

Edit your Public URL

This uses your handle as set up in Settings | Business profile. If you'd like to make this handle shorter, or more catchy/easier to remember, you can change it there.

Use your Public URL

You can use this URL everywhere - in your email footer, online ads, voicemails, or as a link on your website's 'Book Now' button. We've made a sample button on the Sharing & Integrations page, but remember to use your public URL.

QR Code

You have a unique QR code for your clients to scan and book time with you. You can download it for use in your email footer, printed flyers, or even stick it on your entrance/exit door.

Embedding

Embedding your Bookem Public booking page on your website is ideal. Click here to see how to do it. This way, clients can book without leaving your site.
