Initial consultations are often booked as a separate service and shown in a different color on the calendar. Since Bookem doesn't distinguish new clients by service, they are identified directly within the booking.
Open the booking from your calendar by clicking on it.
Look next to the client’s name in the booking details.
If the booking is the client’s first appointment, you will see a blue star icon next to their name.
The blue star indicates that this is the client’s first booking in Bookem.
Bookem identifies a client using a combination of first name, last name, mobile number, and email address. If any one of these details is different, Bookem will treat the booking as
