Client notes can be marked as private to prevent other team members from being able to view them.
NB: your preference (private / not) will be remembered for you. This is so that you don’t need to remember to set this each time a note is created.
Follow these steps:
1.Go to Clients in the left panel menu
2. Select the client whose notes you want to lock
3. In the client's profile, navigate to the Documents tab
4. Click the '+ New document' button or edit an existing document that contains your client note
5. Click the Lock icon at the top left of the note
6. The lock icon will change from open to closed, indicating that the note is now locked.
Important: All notes for this client will now be locked going forward. If you share this client with other team members, they won't be able to see or open them. Luckily you can unlock them at any time.
Follow these steps:
1. In the client's profile, navigate to the Documents tab
2. Click the Lock icon at the top left of the note
3. The lock icon will change from closed to open, indicating that the note is now unlocked
